Guest guest Posted March 7, 2007 Report Share Posted March 7, 2007 It's a real question for your DAN! doc, but I have seen many kids (let's say around 30lbs) on 750mg of Valtrex with 100mg of diflucan. An older DAN! manual talks about 50mg per day for <50lbs but I have also seen 100mg and Sid Baker talks about 400mg for 10 days and then going down to 100mg.
