Guest guest
Sue, I USED to think the same way. However, each new position I have EVER taken has always been more money then the last. I started out as a Secretary making 20,000 a yr, then cried all the way to my Customer Service position making 28,000 a yr, crushed and lost went into an Accounting position sometime later making 30,000. The company moved and I ended up searching again for a position and had to take a Customer Service position for 6-months, this turning into an Office Manager position making 35,000 a yr. Within another 6-months I added the title of Network Administrator to my new Office Manager position making a whopping 45 000 a yr. So as I see it, when one door closes another one always opens and I have found that it has ALWAYS been for the better. Keep your eyes and ears open and that perfect job will be right before your face soon.....Hugs. ..Nola (The Unemployed and Struggling One!) I cannot believe they actually read them all LOL Charlenes always thinking of me and I just love her for it! What type of work are you looking for Sue? I can honestly tell you, I am qualified to do just about anything in an office environment and I am going on back to back interviews lately with no luck. I hope I haven't discouraged you at all.
