you make a lot of sense and what you are saying. I am a patient who went to Italy to have my face and my buttock reshaped by Italian plastic surgeons who know about Bio-Alcamid a lot. I trust you for what you have done to us and for what you are saying now, but wouldnt have been a good idea if you had talk or had gone to see Polymekon in Italy first and talk to the people there? and find out exactly what this product (bio-Alcamid) mentioning that is an Italian product widely used in Europe and Israel and some Asian Country? Also, to take away c any doubts about Love in Tjuana, asking Polymekon and have proves that she is a real agent of Polymekon outside Italy? It would have been so easy and we would not be here still wondering about clinica estetica in Tjuana. You never mention that Bio-Alcamid is an italian product and has passed a lot of test in Europe to be so widely used now in Europe and elsewhere. Bio-Alcamid was discoverd by Polymekon and italian firm and not an american or canadian company. Probably people here would feel more comfortable if you go to the origin of the product when and where was developed, especially for the new members who dont know exactly what is Bio-Alcamid all about. I talk myself by experience because I have a face of 33yo man a bubble butt that no many have around.

Also any effort from your part to have Prof. Protopapa a plastic surgeon and a scientist of having discovered, among others, Bio-Alcamid, made by Polymekon, to talk in San Francisco during the next Retrovirus conf. in Feb 2004. I am strugling on my own in California to have this done but need help from you or other AIDS organization to do so and to make this product well known here in America.

Any one who is motivated to help me out to make this happen is welcome.

: Why don't you ask Protopapa yourself what his relationship is with Love and Dr Cervantes in Tijuana? They are part of Polymekon-USA , so they are responsible for the product marketing in the US. You do not have to "struggle" to make Bio-Alcamid known in the US,that is Polymekon-USA's job. And, by the way, if you read www.facialwasting.org it is very clear that I say Bio-Alcamid is an italian product made by Polymekon, so I do not know where your constant obsession with telling people it is an Italian product comes from. We all know that. We know Dr Protopapa developed it. We know Love and her doctors use it. We know no one is the US is using it. Just make sure you ask the Italians about their relationship with clinicestetica, OK?

It would be nice to see an abstract on this product in an HIV conference. I understand that the Lipodystrophy Conf in Paris rejected their abstract. And the Retrovirus Conf in SF in Feb would be a great way to get some data out to clinicians about this product. But the Retrovirus Conf is a tough one to get your abstract accepted in, specially if it is implant related.

By the way, has Dr Protopapa ever said to you he feels umcorfotable with Clinic Estetica's work? I have never met him or talked to him myself. We are trying to get him to come for our second Facial Wasting Conf that we are planning to have in SF during the Retrovirus conf in SF in Feb 2004.
