Yeah, hubby is the only one not on the spectrum (though if there was such a thing as an extremely social Aspie – who also needs lots of down time - I’d think he was one of us! He understands most of the social stuff instinctively, though. We often complement each other really well. Looking back i see that most (all?) of my previous partners have been either Aspie- or ADHD- types. Inger OH YES, he is definitely 100% ADHD!!!! I should have mentioned that. And I do believe ADHD is on the spectrum... between AS and NT... but most people don’t see it that way and I don’t usually mention it trying to avoid the heated discussions I’ve been involved with on this subject in the past (particularly with dx ADHD parents of ASD kids!
