Guest guest
I'd appreciate some help in understanding viral titers recently run on my son. If anyone has had this done or knows the name of a doc who has done alot of work with viruses in autism, would you mind sharing this with me? Specifically, I want to understand the results of my son's titers for HHV6. They came back as 140 which was listed as negative but then the report stated a reference range of 120-160 as equivacable and 160+ as positive. To me, 140 looks iffy, perhaps not a full-blown viral infection but something to look at especially given our kiddo's weakened immune system. Also, anyone know if titers for viruses are different for children than adults? Gaylen
