Thank you very much for posting this article! I found it extremely informative.

After reading it and this other article

http://www.reuniting.info/science/oxytocin_health_bonding

I was reminded once again of something posted a few months back by a man on here

who said he was cured by abstaining from sex/orgasm altogether and instead just

cuddling with his partner. I spent a lot of time trying to find that post, but

wasn't successful.

Has anyone else been cured by abstaining from orgasm? I might try it.

This is interesting. I honestly believe we are in a bit of a catch 22. I think

that there is something to this. When I was close to someone again I felt

myself slowly healing. The only problem is I think it will take a while so I

hope to find someone I can be with through the healing process. Anyhow this is

why I still believe if possible we should all try to date and move on with our

lives as best we can.

Ok, so I've been thinking about this for a while - abstaining from orgasm as a

cure...

And so I asked Dr. Lin if he thought it would help, and he responded yes.

So I'm going to give it a try and see what happens. I've tried this a couple of

times before, and usually after a couple of weeks, I start feeling sorry for

myself and tell my husband to forget the plan of abstaining! :)

This time I'm really going to try to stick with it. I thought that if I posted

this information, there's a better chance of me not " giving in " after a while!

I am basically " cured " from my side effects from the SSRI's. It is the birth

control side effects that I've had since 1985 that I am wanting to recover from.

The only lingering side effects from SSRI's is the inability to feel the

pleasant sensation that used to happen when flexing my PC muscle and the

inability to stop the flow of urine once it starts.

Dear all,

This is my first post here.

I have suffered from PSSD for 6 months (erectile dysfunction & low libido that

came just after sex addiction & high libido episode). I am also trying this no

sex stuff, that seems to work great for erectile dysfunction induced by porn

internet addiction. Please see : http://yourbrainonporn.com/

It is now 2 months of no Porn/Masturbation/Orgasm for me. Still no result but I

know it can be long (several months). At least, I hope it is boosting my

recovery process.

I will keep you posted if I notice some improvments.

Keep faith! We will heal

Hugs
