I gotta tell you I wasn't sure if I could do it and then today I realized the importance of the fast. We're supposed to remember those less fortunate than us and there are so many starving ppl in the world, down the street, across the globe, etc. It's such a shame. My fibro is kicking in really bad today and I couldn't get up for hours but I wonder if it's the fast, anticipation of starving today or the paiting I did on my daughter's room last night!
