Hi Steve,

I too share your opinion. Although I've seen a bit of imrovement on my upper

body, it isn't at all significant. My legs, however, are as skinny as a

match. I try day by day to do squats, leg press, leg raise among other

exercises to no avail. The only difference I see down there is my butt

muscles got a bit firmer but I'm still pretty much sitting on my painful

bones. I do not think it's genetics. I used to have fairly decent legs

before I started taking all these meds.

Good luck buddy!

Steve:

I am on oxandrin and have no trouble beefing up my arms and chest. My legs I have neglected ( though not intentionally) usuallly they are weak and ache, so I don't feel much like doing anything with them, though I know that this is wrong. I keep promising myself to start working them out. I don't go to the gym however and just work out at home with some dumbells. Hope this gives you some insight.

Bodybuilding waste of time

Was wondering is anyone with lipo (and hiv) is experiencing the complete waste of time that bodybuilding is having on my legs. I do steroids and eat and have the biggest workout ever and yet, I get absolutely no, and I mean no, muscular development in my legs (and barely in my upper body). So I was wondering if lipodistrophy could actually affect muscular development or I am just one more of the "non-genetically-gifted" nogainer.Steve
