I had a ferritin of 15 and just had my 3rd IV yesterday. You can't believe how much better you feel after getting more iron into your body! Do NOT raise your NDT until you get your ferritin at least up to a 50 and get your adrenals supported. Have you taken a saliva test to check your adrenal status?
