Guest guest
I'd suggest you read this publichsed article for an explanation IS INCANDESCENT LIGHT HEALTHIER? - By Inger Lorelei. except that you'd have to order the magazine to get it: NEXUS NEW TIMES MAGAZINE CONTENTS - Volume 10, Number 3 April - May 2003 (which is May-June 2003 for the USA & Canada edition) http://www.nexusmagazine.com/backissues/1003.conts.html Fortunately, the author is also our co-administrator. Ask her, and I believe she will explain the thing about flourescents. Tom > Tom, I get intense headaches when the light is too bright. I prefer cloudy/foggy days because the light is just right for me then. I've never tried showering in the dark but do enjoy candlelight - I'm not sure why but I don't get headaches from candlelight like I do from lightbulbs (especially flourescents ugggh!). > e > > > Aversion to Light > > > I hate all but the dimmest of lights. > > In the mornings, I shower in the dark.
