WORRIES & FEAR

                We feel enormous pressures in our life and worry is the

result of that pressure.Anxiety springs from unclear perception and

feelingsIt becomes a background music in life.To diisolve worry we can

practice mindfulness breathing.This will take away the anxious thinkings and

ability to look at the things in a different angle.                The

trouble with fear is that it does not allow us to what is appropriate and

necessary.We may meaningful changes in our life but fear and anxiety prevents

it from doing so.Unpleasant thinkings bring  fear.With meditation we can stop

it and develop the capacity to act and stop these thought patterns when they

begin.              We might want a big change in life from fear to

fearlessness, but we should be patient. Permanent changes will take place

gradually

Stress  &  high blood pressures

Stress,strain,anxiety feelings,panicks increases the blood pressures.High

blood pressures are very common disease in the society now a days and often

it is found that it gives rise to coronary heart diseases and lead to heart

attacks may even death in a premature time.Anti hypertensives helps to

maintain the normal blood  pressures but sometimes the blood pressures become

uncontroleable even with medications and when the medicines  are stopped the

blood pressures shoots up.

So,to controle the blood pressures permanently  some stress management

alcohol,caffeine,drugs, tobacco and sex can bring about a temporary change

but the boredom comes back again.For our inner mental health  spiritual

practices,regular meditation,making love,sport and entertainment will enable

the natural flow of energy.Sleep then becomes a natural vehicle of energy.

Paying attention to our thoughts can bring about a change in insight that can

resolve the boredom.
