The trouble with fear is that it does not allow us to what is appropriate and necessary.We may meaningful changes in our life but fear and anxiety prevents it from doing so.Unpleasant thinkings bring fear.With meditation we can stop it and develop the capacity to act and stop these thought patterns when they begin. We might want a big change in life from fear to fearlessness, but we should be patient. Permanent changes will take place gradually Stress & high blood pressures Stress,strain,anxiety feelings,panicks increases the blood pressures.High blood pressures are very common disease in the society now a days and often it is found that it gives rise to coronary heart diseases and lead to heart attacks may even death in a premature time.Anti hypertensives helps to maintain the normal blood pressures but sometimes the blood pressures become uncontroleable even with medications and when the medicines are stopped the blood pressures shoots up.
