Guest guest
Yes, I have also had urinary problems along with the genital anesthesia I've had for over 27 yrs. I cannot tell when I need to urinate until I feel pressure in my abdomen. This has often led to urinary infections. I've used a lot of cranberry juice over the years, although initially I was using a anti-biotics for some length of time. The physician's assistant, however, warned me not to stay on them, because they can be damaging in themselves. He suggested I find some home remedies instead. Recently I have found out that cinnamon is helpful in preventing urinary infections, and since I've been using a lot of it on my cerial, and in my cooking, I seem to have less trouble. However, when I acquired genital anesthesia I also became aware of having less control. If I sneeze, cough, run, or jump, I have accidents. I could not, for instance, jump rope or on a trampoline with my children when they were young. For this reason I must continue to wear pads, especially when I go to work. One time even a pad didn't work. I ate a tainted tunafish sandwich from the school cafeteria and threw up. I also urinated all over the bathroom floor. There were times when I've had such pain in the area of my left kidney that I wondered if I would die young of kidney failure. Believe me, it's kept me awake many a night, 'though I have tried not to wake my husband, who sleeps beside me. Well, I'm still here, and not only that, I'm a grandmother! If it weren't for the injury I have, I think I'd be in better shape than most of my high school friends are at 63 yrs of age. It's good to be drug free! Guest guest
javaelnuto, Finally a chance to answer your questions! I'm on ViaGrowth-IV/MoodMax/ArgiNOx: http://www.linplaza.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD & Store_Code=Lin-Institute & Pr\ \ oduct_Code=3-017 & Category_Code= and Pinealtonin: http://www.linplaza.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD & Store_Code=Lin-Institute & Pr\ \ oduct_Code=2-002 & Category_Code= along with Vit. D 2000 mg and fish oil 1000 mg three times a day. Viagrowth and MoodMax I take just once a day, Arginox and pinealtonin I take twice a day. My pill taking regime is very confusing, but I'm doing ok remembering everything I think! This is a schedule that Dr. Lin worked out for me, and I don't know what his reasoning is for it, but it seems to be working. I also take Nature's Plus Natural Passion/ Woman's Libido Supplement. http://www.vitaminlady.com/NaturesPlus/Natural_passion.asp#Passion The bottle says to take two pills once a day, but I just take one pill. And I vary the dose as Dr. Lin said I should do with his viagrowth pills. That has sustained the intense epicenter sensation. When I went off of the above libido supplement (when I started Dr. LIn's pills) all of a sudden my cycles went from 28 days to first 30 days, then 31 days, so I went back to taking it along with Dr. LIn's pills and my cycle went back to 28 days. So that's why I'm taking it in addition to Dr. Lin's stuff. I suspect it is the DHEA in both kinds of pills which is causing the epicenter sensation. As far as the fingers method...I'm not sure what my husband is doing, but it works! From what I read it seems that 3 fingers are being used, one on the clitoris and two on the inside sort of opposite of the other finger. It's amazing in that he could never make me have an orgasm before, and now it's quite easy. That is what I call a major improvement!! lol In one of my other posts I wrote about how a book I have describes the gspot as the spot I am referring to which Dr. Lin calls the epicenter. But most info I have looked at describes the gspot as being lower than the epicenter/anterior fornix. If you go to this link, there is a picture which shows where both are located. http://www.actionlove.com/love/g-spot.htm My theory is that many some women damage their gspot through injury and then further lose it by birth control pills and childbirth, and perhaps that is why even the doctors can't figure it out!!! I definitely know I've never had any sensation in that area (gspot) as opposed to the area higher up by the cervix (a-spot). The other supplements I am on are from beealive.com - 1000 mg of royal jelly (sweet energy formula) and B-12 plus which is 500 mcg of B12, 400 mcg of folate, and 25 mg of B6 I am feeling healthy as can be these days and I am quite thankful. If you do give Dr. Lin a try, I suggest that you explain your symptoms in full detail, giving as much info as possible. He may recommend something totally different for you. I wonder if others who have tried his stuff and had no luck consulted with him and stuck with it even when it seemed like nothing was happening. Dr. Lin keeps telling me that it just takes time and that he has helped others with my same symptoms return to good sexual health. I have no other choice but to wait and see. Please keep me informed if you decide to try him and if you have improvements. Thanks and take care! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > " Dr " Lin is NOT a real medical doctor. Guest guest
Hey hikergal, such great news to hear of your improvements. I had emailed him a few months ago and he recommmended: ViaPal-hGH-J(3-015) and DeToxiA (1-017), plus FishOil(1000 mg each meal) and Vitamin D3 200 Iu I looked at it, and I think he picked that one for me because I'm under 30. But I don't really know. Did the Nature's Plus Natural Passion/ Woman's Libido Supplement help you at all, or has it all definitely been Dr. Lin's stuff? I haven't ordered it yet because it's expensive and I feel like I've tried so many supplements already, many of which are ingredients in Dr Lin's, and they all did squat. I am going to have to try this finger pliers thing. The only thing is, I'm kind of tight in there, so it typically hurts to have more than 1 finger. I think that's something I need to work on loosening up. How do you respond to vibrators? Vibrators are supposed to be best for women who have difficulty with orgasm, so I was wondering if that was something you had a good or bad experience with. For me, the vibrator can get me the most excited, but it doesn't work. I reach a point where it should be an orgasm, but then I feel vaginal contractions and no pleasure. It's just over at that point. This is something that I don't understand I don't think my doctors do either. When I tried to see if this was a common sexual problem online, I couldn't find any info on it at all. The only way I can feel anything close to an Orgasm is by rubbing up against something hard (i.e.: on a floor). But those O's, if you even want to call them that, are very weak and unsatisfying. Since I was young, that's the onlyl way I ever experienced anything close to an orgasm. I saw the sex dr that I see in Philly yesterday and she gave me some DHEA suppositories to try. She is also going to try to get me in a clinical trial, which is awesome. The oxytocin didn't work for me the couple times I tried it, but I dont' know if I should order some more and give it another go. I did have a couple of drinks before I tried both times. Maybe that wasn't a good idea. I feel sort of out of options and lost with this whole thing. it's great to come on here and see some uplifting stories that gives us all some hope. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > " Dr " Lin is NOT a real medical doctor. Guest guest
hi javaelnuto, After reading what you wrote, I am wondering if you were on birth control pills at an early age like I was? Or some other kind of medication that could've messed with your hormones? The Women's Libido supplement definitely helped me with this epicenter/a-spot sensation. This is a long story, but I'm going to explain in detail. I never dreamed I would be sharing my personal private information online with people I don't even know, but I'm doing so in the hopes that it may help you or anyone else. It's a way I sort of deal with the fact that I got screwed out of normal healthy sexual health for 26 years. In 2006 I read an article about trying homeopathic remedies for sexual dysfunction which I never had considered because doctors always told me my problems were all in my head...that if I could have decent orgasms by myself and amazing ones in my dreams plus experience intense physical arousal in my dreams, then I should be able to experience all these things with my husband. WRONG! I wish I would've known that my problems were caused by birth control pills!!! I knew that prozac/zoloft made orgasms take forever, but I didn't know that the lack of vaginal sensation and zero physical arousal during sexual intercourse were the result of my hormones being screwed up because of birth control pills. But anyway, so 5 years ago I took the Womens Libido supplement for one month as directed on the bottle (2 per day). It did nothing (or so I thought at the time). It was AFTERWARDS when I had just finished up the Women's Libido and immediately started taking something called Hotplants for Women that I had the amazing sensation that I now have from Dr. Lin's viagrowth. I WRONGLY attributed it to Hotplants. The sensation lasted for just one week, then it went away, and I was extremely disappointed. I tried a few more different supplements which didn't work. At that point I was tired of wasting so much money on pills that weren't helping, so I gave up. In 2007 my doctor started playing around with my medication (I had been on zoloft for 10 years) to try and overcome sexual side effects and eventually switched me to lexapro which made everything go from bad to worse and I ended up with genital anesthesia and orgasms which felt like absolutely nothing. Then in 2008 I somehow decided that perhaps it was the combination of hotplants and the Women's Libido supplement, so I experimented again and had a similar experience but not as intense as I began to take both kinds of pills. But then at this time we suddenly decided to have another child, so I went off the pills so that I could get pregnant. Two years later 2010 I tried the Women's Libido again feeling for sure that there was something in there that was working if I could just figure out how to sustain it. I theorized that my body needed a different dosage than recommended. I asked my doctor and he was no help. I tried all kinds of things. Taking just one pill, taking pills for 2 weeks then stopping, but nothing worked. Then just recently I asked Dr. Lin and he said what I posted before - that by taking it every day the sensation would be diminshed and said to take it every 3-4 days, then skip a day. BINGO! That works!!! Same effect with Dr. Lin's Viagrowth pills. The only ingredient they have in common is DHEA, so it seems logical that this is what is causing the a-spot arousal and sensation. I highly recommend the Women's Libido supplement but don't know if anyone else would have the same experience that I did. The arousal feels at first very similar to needing to go to the bathroom and for me it only happens when I have a full bladder. I complained to Dr. Lin about this and he just said that yes, what I was experiencing was normal that he even encourages the retaining of urine to increase sexual pleasure. On both supplements I have also experienced female ejaculation which is supposedly somewhat rare, and I haven't done much research on it. I have a book that gives info on it, plus my husband had heard of it before, and Dr. Lin has info on it on his website. Otherwise when I first experienced it I wouldn't have known what the heck was happening. To answer your other questions, I have read that vibrators are damaging and interfere with good sex with a partner, so I don't have experience with that. As for orgasms that are unsatisfying, I can totally relate as that is what lexapro did to me and I searched and searched online for information and could find nothing for almost 3 years. I knew lexapro was to blame even when my doctor and a couple of nurses all told me that my problems couldn't be from lexapro since I was off of it. In January I finally stumbled across Dr. Rynne, an Irish doctor, who told me about Post SSRI dysfunction and then I found this group and I am very grateful for all the information on here. Sorry to hear the oxytocin didn't help. Hope the doctor in Philly can help and that would be great if she gets you into the clinical trial. Keep me informed!! Take care! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > " Dr " Lin is NOT a real medical doctor. Guest guest
Hi again hikergal, I actually have never been on birth control pills. I'm in a relationship with a girl, so pregnancy isn't a problem! Interesting that the Women's Libido supplement seemed have a similar effect as Dr. Lin's -- it sounds like it had more to do with the frequency you were taking them, and not necessarily the pills themselves. Very interesting. I think I need to try this as well. My sex doctor in Philly recommended a new OTC pill for me calle Femtia for women. It probably has many of the same ingredients as both your Women's Libido and Dr. Lin's pills. It has: maca, mucana pruriens, tongkat ali, horny goat weed, panax ginseng and some other stuff. I think many of these products have similar ingredients. So should I take these pills, as instructed, but for 3-4 days and then skip a day, and then resume again with the 3-4 days? That's an awesome suggestion, and maybe it would actually help this time. that's amazing you are able to have female ejaculation. It really sounds like all facets of your sexual experience are improving. I honestly think in a few months you are going to be significantly better, if not completely improved. I really am hoping for you!!! Yeah, I'm excited about the clinical trial..I'm not expecting it to work, because absolutely nothing has yet, but I guess it's something, right? It's really hard to find clinical trials for premenopausal women with this problem, so its pretty amazing it's happening -- and in my area (as well as many other areas). Apparently this medicine is supposed to be more for low sex drive, but hopefully it will help with everything. I will definitely keep you informed. Also, I'll let you know how these DHEA suppositories go. Taking DHEA orally never helped me but I never can be sure about the pureness of the over the counter brands. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > " Dr " Lin is NOT a real medical doctor. Guest guest
hi javaelnuto! Glad to hear you were never on the pill! I was put on the pill when I was only 17 before I was sexually active just because the doctor wanted to regulate my periods. Now they prescribe the pill for much more than just preventing pregnancy - preventing heavy periods, improving acne, easing PMS symptoms. I wish EVERYONE could know how bad birth control pills are. They sure ruined my sex life and made me unhealthy in many ways which I never realized until now. I urge everyone to search for more info all the negative side effects of birth control pills, especially the sexual side effects which they candy coat by saying that the pill just may cause decreased libido!!!! I still wonder if there is an underlying condition for you if you have never experienced decent orgasms. Or did you mean it's only been that way for you since going off antidepressants? The advice from Dr. Lin about varying the dosage sure works for me, so maybe it will help for you too. I asked Dr. Lin about female ejaculation as I suspected what I'm experiencing is the female equivalent of male premature ejaculation: In the past week I have experienced female ejaculation twice, the first time was 4 days after ovulation, then again 9 days after ovulation. Both times it happened very soon after starting intercourse and there was no physical pleasure, just a gush of fluid, and I did not experience orgasm while it happened. Is this like female premature ejaculation? Is it normal to have female ejaculation without orgasm? It is normal to have female ejaculation without orgasm. Yes, it is like female premature ejaculation. If your ejaculation is from your vagina, you will need orgasm to expel fluid. I followed up by asking him to explain more about female ejaculation: The fluid comes from the so-called Skene's glands along the spongy tissues between the urethra and vagina. You get excited, the fluid is stored the the Skene's gland, like male semen. The Skene's gland orifices can be in the urethra or vagina. If you get G-spot erection first, you will get orgasm with female ejaculation. When the Finger Pliers stimulation on the G-spot before its erection, it will cause ejaculation without orgasm. You need a gentle stimulation to engorge your clitoris and G-spot first, you use a heavy Finger Pliers stimulation. Does anyone have any experience with female ejaculation? My theory is that perhaps it a rare thing because of birth control pills. Dr. Lin also recently advised me to DECREASE my dosage of his pills, and since doing so the last couple of orgasms have been stronger! And I also experienced an erotic dream where I experienced a decent orgasm - something that hasn't happened since 2 years ago, whereas prior to lexapro I experienced this maybe ever 3 months or so. I really trust Dr. Lin and think he really knows what he's talking about! I'll be interested to hear if you have success with the Femtia, the DHEA supplements, and the clinical trial. Hope you have some positive results to share!!! Guest guest
Hi hikergal! Yeah, birth control must be like the ONE thing I haven't been on, haha. I've certainly tried like a million different antidepressants..ugh. Yeah, those birth control things are no good…just as bad as the damn SSRIs. I guess it affects everyone differently – just like the SSRIs…like most people can take them, go off them, and be fine, but for some of us, the effects are much more dramatic and long lasting. I too wonder if there is an underlying condition with me. I mean, I started taking antidepressants when I was 16, and I didn't have any sexual experiences with another person prior to that, so it's really hard to tell/know whether this would have been a problem for me had I not taken the SSRIs. I really wish I knew. Also, when I was 12 I got really sick with a medical condition, so there were just a whole lot of factors. It's really strange, but there were only 2 times in my life I remember having what seemed like a decent orgasm, and both times, it happened when I was in a testing situation for school or maybe SATs, when I felt like I was running out of time and was going to fail (pressure situations). It sort of just happened without me really doing much of anything. I don't get it. Other than that, I've never had a real orgasm, and I don't even know that those 2 situations were really `real' orgasms. That's interesting you've been having the female ejaculation without the orgasm. I guess that is what a lot of the men on this website have complained of though – the ejaculation without the pleasure. But at the same time, it seems like sometimes you are able to have the orgasms, so I'm not sure what that's all about. Probably Dr. Lin is right – I would certainly continue to follow his instructions since it has worked for you so far! It's also great that he continues to respond to you with answers. I wasn't sure if he would do that or not. So now that you have decreased your dosage of Dr. Lin's what do you take? Is it a matter of taking 1 pill a day as opposed to 2 pills a day? That'll also save you money!!! I'll let you know how it goes with the Femtia and everything else. I'll try doing what you do – take it every 3-4 days and then take a day off, and resume. I actually didn't take it all weekend and started back up yesterday. I'm not really hopefully about the DHEA suppositories because my doctor called me yesterday and said my DHEA level was normal – even on t he high side. So I guess that's not a problem. I'm most hopeful about the clinical trial, but even with that I'm not expecting much. We shall see! Guest guest
Hi , For what its worth, it's interesting that Sciatica has a few symptoms similar to yours (Maybe there is damage to your sciatic nerve? I'm not a doctor!). "More serious symptoms such as loss of sensation around the genital area and buttocks, difficulty passing water or opening your bowels, or progressive weakness all need urgent medical assessment." http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/physical_health/conditions/sciatica1.shtml > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > "Dr" Lin is NOT a real medical doctor. Guest guest
Interesting thought, Steve. In looking up Sciatica and the sciatic nerve, I realized that there could be some connection. However, Sciatica is characterized by pain in the lower back, buttock, and/or various parts of the leg and foot, none of which I suffer from. The loss I have is numbness in my clitoris and around the opening of my vagina (my saddle area). It does not seem to effect my bowels or anus at all. I have no difficulty either passing urine or opening my bowels. I can feel my bowel movements, which have always been quite healthy, I think, because I usually eat whole, natural foods. However, I can not feel it when I pass urine. I was recently on an airplane, and when I went to urinate, the plane was so noisy I couldn't tell when I was done. I had to keep checking, and sometimes I was still going and didn't know it. I think the damage is more specific to my pudendal nerve. However, having been given shots in my right buttock, I think the sciatic nerve may have been the vehicle for the damage, since it runs through the buttock, and, from what I have just read, these nerves seem to be connected in some way. ('Would like to find some clearer illustrations.) I think you have perhaps given me/us a bit more insight into what happened to me, at least, and I would like to look into it further. Thank you. Sincerely, Kay Here are the Wiki links I was reading: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sciatica http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sciatic_nerve > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > " Dr " Lin is NOT a real medical > doctor.
