And before we trip the 'primrose path of daliance' with a general list of 'nervines'. Reflect that Psychiatrists now are prescribing stimulants for what is described as an hyperactive disorder. NIMH member Alison Hyland is now working with a self-help charity in ADD in Cheltenham and could be worth a contact. Her home is 01242 260247, but don't say I said so.
