Carol, you wouldn't be laughing if you had to drink it.... ;-) after the first go around of misery, the second time I did the detox/diet, I actually cheated, I would eat the lemon, take cayenne pills and take the two table spoons per "meal" of maple syrup, then drink the water separately, instead of mixing it all together. thats funny Jeff :)

i am jazzed to hear that BJ didn't actually have to fast /liquid diet fast/ to help her symptoms.

BJ did you eat any meat-protein on your initial weeks detox program?

-Carol

PS = btw i do not *Know that my liver is bad and in need of a detox

but my palms are typically redder than normal people (a hypot sign but also called a Liver sign :) -and i do drink coffee (which I *think can be bad or good for the liver depending on "Adrenal Fatiuge" status and hypoglycemia status?)?

but my energy is bad =and my sleep SHould be longer

(tho things have gotten better => NOte: i was *slighlty OVermedicated/ hypert for 5 months! (after swithcing to NT back in summer 2009) and my RT3 had gotten worse tho still "Normal".

since i decreased dosage by -15mg end of December 2009 =i started feeling better in many ways but not all 8^/

however NOW :) after 2 months at the 'lower OLD NT Dosage'

=i just started the NEW_formulation NT ! and i am feeling it and not in a good way (muscles and spacier and more tired and slower=hypot issues )

my stress system does Not like any changes in my thryoid hormonse :)

and it really does take me about 3 months for my whole system to adjust =even when it is a Good dosage change! i *think it takes my whole stress system the most time to adjust to new Thryoid RX dosage.

My gyn told me to take armour and come back in 8 weeks. When I told her about my symptoms, she dismissed it. My Endo told me I have fibro and depri and gave me cymbalte, he also said: there is nothing wrong with your thyroid.
