Guest guest
For relaxation and to improve health I would most cetainly give it a go. I'm a big fan of Les Fehmi who wote The Open Focus Brain and Dissloving Pain. He started out as a scientist who researched biofeedback and then went on to develop his Open Focus technique, which a simple form of mindfulness. If this works for you you will experience a lot less stress in your life and a lot more happiness. For me, these things are most certainly going to be part of my eventual cure from PSSD. Don't expect miracles, though, healing form PSSD will take time, maybe years for some of us. Execise and healthy food is important too, as well as good quality sleep (very important). I can't promise miracles, but I have put my money on this. So fingers crossed and hope. By the way, folks, I had a terrific orgasm today, the best in years (it's really hard to talk like this but I want to get this positive message out). I have just had two really boring flat weeks but now things are turning for the better again. This happens every now and again. I don't know if it is the inositol, or the aromatherapy, but it could be because I really want to get better and I'm trying so hard for it (remaining positive, etc) and so my brain is trying to recover. With peace, happiness, and relaxation maybe I'm in for a chance. I think so.
