#### Reggie -----

Great apologies for my long absence! I now have so many unread macro

digests, I'm going to have to dump them and put myself in " website-only "

mode -- I'm just too swamped with other things!!

If anyone needs to contact me specifically, please do it through my website....

#### Well, the millet and miso are definitely yang-izing : ^ ) -- you'll

just have to go by how you feel, regarding the cooking times on veggies.

>what are more yang veggies?

#### Roots are more yang than others; burdock more yang than carrot, for

instance; a small, thin carrot more yang than a big, fat carrot : ^ )....

#### It seems to me " The Book of Macrobiotics " does a good job -- though I

don't have a copy in reach at the moment. My own attempt to make a very

general list is at http://macrobiotics.johreiki.net/blog-3340.php
