At the ILCA Conference last summer, I mentioned at a general meeting that I was forwarding the eGLOBE to our chapter's email list to show what our international organization does to promote IBCLCs and to try to encourage ILCA/USLCA membership among our chapter members. Afterward, Doraine came up to me and nicely but firmly told me that the eGLOBE is only for dues-paying members. We can paraphrase short pieces of info as "teasers" to get people interested, but we are not supposed to be forwarding the link to the newsletter.
