newbie - another question about mucous

This question is esp. for those of you who have had sore throat as a

symptom... Do you have an annoying buildup of mucous in your sinuses

sometimes? The kind that is real thick and seems to get caught in your

sinuses - just inside the roof of your mouth? Very annoying... I

think this is probably unrelated...but wanted to ask.
