Guest guest
Hi , I agree that anyone with magnesium in the lower end of normal should take action -- perhaps even people with normal levels are at risk as well. I bought a small bottle of Source Naturals Liquid Magnesium. I take two drops in a 8 oz class of liquid twice a day. You need to drink plenty of water or liquid with the drops. That is in addition to the cal/mag/vitD/zinc etc. supplement. I bought this liquid Mg because the health store was out of the other brands and I didn't want to wait. I was having a lot of leg bruising after my Armour crash in late June/early July and the bruising has stopped along with the feet and leg cramps. Also, my toes would cramp and my feet would go tingly-numb while I was walking or standing. All of these have significantly subsided and are also a lot less frequently. I started the liquid Mg in late Aug or early Sep, so I have taken it for three months now. HTH, ~Bj > > > > > > > > Hi , > > > > > > > > How are you doing?
