what is the recommended mb12 dosage?

we are doing mb12 sublingual...it is 1000mcg, it indicates to put one tab daily under the tounge for instant absorption. what is the mcg dosage on the nasal spray? How many sprays are given daily. I am trying to figure is 1000mcg just fine? I have a teenager with autism. thanks cat <><
