That is wonderful! Your hard work is paying off! Have you taken any

progress pictures? If so, we'd love for you to add them to our repo

progress pictures section. I hope the next month brings more great

changes for . Keep us posted!

will be 2 months old on Monday the 23rd. As far as what I am

doing...I have been doing the one side the side neck exercise and I

have been turning his head to the other side each time I see him put

any pressure on the flat side. I have also adjusted the feeding holds.

I feed him in the football hold and support him by the back of his

neck. There is no pressure on his skull when I am feeding him (by

arms or any other hard surface). Here is my big no-no, but the one I

think is really helping....I just started to put him to sleep on his

tummy. Since I started doing this, I have noticed a change. One more

thing I am doing (and it might sound wierd)...Sometimes during the day

if I am holding him, I apply pressure on his head where a band would

apply pressure. I figure if nothing else, it will prevent any bulging

and it has. The therapist was happy to see correction in 's

ears and when I told her that I was using my hands as a " band " , she

said that has probably helped with his ears.

I just took some pics the other day, but I don't have any pics from

when it was really bad. I should have taken them. I will post the

new ones that i have and hopefully in a month, there will be even more

improvement. When I look at the pics, it doesn't look that bad at

all. It is when I feel his head that I really notice it.

Thats interesting, hey whatever works. What side does favor?

What side to you put his head facing when you place him on his

tummy. I was thinking of doing this maybe during naptime, but I

really afraid. Thanks, Debbie

Good Work Mommy!! That's great news. is still young, you may be

able to do this on your own and if not then at least you know you did

all you could and banding ould be an easy decision. I bet you'll do

it, look how good you've done so far.

It seems he is favoring the non-flat side right now. I think that is

causing his head to tilt towards his left. His flatness in on the

right, but his head tilts left..wierd, huh? When I put him on his

tummy, I have him turned toward his right shoulder (so, flat side up)

I might alternate it every night and see what happens. When he is

facing the left shoulder it doesn't seem like there is contact between

the flat spot and the mattress.
