Guest guest
strangely I have frequent morning erections since I am pSSD'd > > So I know not ALL of us are male, but i feel like the majority are. > > Since coming off lexapro in march I have noticed a dramatic decrease in the frequency of morning erections. On top of that, the erections are very weak and would not be suitable for penetrative sex. > > I find it interesting that not only could I not have penetrative sex normally, but now even my morning erections are weak. We all know that this is NOT an issue of blood flow, so what systems/mechanisms could be causing this? >
Guest guest
Perhaps there is nerve damage. I have the same problem, very infrequent and weak morning erections. Interestingly for me I can get the shaft erect but the glans and spongiosum, forget it it just won't happen. Sensation is reduced greatly as well. > > > > So I know not ALL of us are male, but i feel like the majority are. > > > > Since coming off lexapro in march I have noticed a dramatic decrease in the frequency of morning erections. Guest guest
! You may consider consulting a really good Urologist (especially one who deals in men's urinary problem/reproductive problems) and discuss the absent morning erections as well as your inability to maintain an erection. I had that problem and it was determined that, that was the early signs of heart disease (clogged arteries). Nip it in the bud. Just ask the Dr. "Could these problems be the early signs of impending heart problems?" I'm speaking from personal experience! - Spring,Texas Subject: Re: Decreased/Absent Morning ErectionsTo: SSRIsex Date: Monday, January 3, 2011, 1:59 AM Perhaps there is nerve damage.
