I recently gave it to an 86 year old woman who was exhausted looking after her disabled husband. and it made such a big difference to her energy levels and outlook on life. (I also got on to Social Services to get her some respite care and home help - boy, is that a convoluted carry on! You need to know the exact magic words, it seems, to get what you need, or they keep passing you over to different departments - and then the service had to be got in her husband's name, not hers, etc, etc - got there in the end, though).
