Hi, I was just recently told I have Chiara, the doctor has decided not

to operate. He is sendig me to another neurologist to check on the

headaches. But I would love other options on how to deal with the

symptoms. One ofcourse is the headaches, the other are my hands and

feet. They are constantly tingling, numb, or just plain painful. I

feel the pins and needles when I walk and my hands are so bad that I

can barely hold a pencil for longer than 5 minutes and forget the

typing I am doing write now, I am pushing through it. Anybody have

any ideas.
