He was saying the importance of vitamin A and D and cholesterol for sex and recommended taking grass fed butter, cod liver oil and added vitamin D supplements. Apparentely it is based on Weston Price's findings about the traditional diets of primitive cultures all of which are rich in vitamin A, fat and so on.
