Guest guest
One of the bad things about living in Michigan is that raw milk is not available here. I grew up on raw milk as my parents had their own farm. We had a huge herd of eight to ten cows! ;-) We do buy organic milk, but even then, it's not the same. If I didn't mind being tied down 24/7 I'd buy a dairy goat or two and a handful of chickens. (If I've said this before forgive me. I'm too lazy to go look it up.) Ugh. Yuck! It's about to go bad, let's cook it again so the consumer can't tell! I must say, since switching to raw dairy, I can really taste the difference, and feel the difference in how my body reacts to it.
