Anyone have dreams for a restaurant?

Greetings all!

Who else would love to start a restaurant, cafe,

dinner club, catering or other type of food service

based on " Nourishing Traditions " ? My location

preference is Grass Valley/Nevada City, Northern

California however I would consider working with an

interested party in just about any other area in North

America (including all the islands).
