I have not submitted complaint about getting PSSD from Medications to FDA--mostly out of reluctance to have my sexual dysfunction affliction known publicly--as I assume I would have to use my real name and not a pseudonym--to have my complaint accepted by the FDA. Or, does anyone know of if the FDA will accept anonymous complaints--and, if so how to find the appropriate forms/Internet address with corresponding

FDA-like authorities will very probably respect your privacy as much as medical

personel does and will probably not publicize your name. So you can use your own

name and an email adress or living adress or first ask them about their privacy

policy.

But it is better to send an anonymous email than to send nothing. Or you could

ask your pharmacist or GP to send a report on his name as a professional.

I submitted my complaint to the FDA yesterday. You do have to give your

name but you can check a box as to whether they'll give it to the

pharma.

Since I just did it, it would probably be a good idea if a whole lot of

other people did it now too. A " bolus' of people, as it were. They're

more likely to pay attention.
