Guest guest
Hi, I consider coconut oil to be highly beneficial, on the skin (rather than toxic brews for high prices), or eaten. I make a spread that all who have eaten it, declare it to be delicious! I combine 1/2 cup butter (softens at room temperature), 1/2 cup virgin coconut oil (softens at room temperature), with 3/8 tsp. genuine sea salt (ground in a coffee grinder for a few seconds or it will grit your teeth). Great on any bread or cornbread but the as usual warning is, use your own judgment. I was trying to find a way to eat the coconut oil and came up with this spread. My opinion is, we have been brainwashed to accept plastic petroleum (margarine). Jean ************** > > Coconut oil is highly saturated.
