Guest guest
Hello! I have a question – has anyone tried to improve the situation of the PSSD with an antagonist of SSRI! Cyproheptadin is an Serotonin-Antagonist! Has anyone tried this medicine and seen improvements? An article also says that Neostigmin und Bethanechol can help! Do you have experiences with those? regards

Guest guest
An opposite to SSRI would be SSRE http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selective_serotonin_reuptake_enhancer TianeptineIt is not antagonist, it is Serotonine transporter allosteric modulatorOnly i dont have idea if that drug could treat the problem or make worse. But basically the point is: what is highly pleasurable should activate dopamine pathways. This will increase future frequency of action, in other words increase libido. If one to have sex under incluence of a drug that enhanced secual pleasure, this would be stored in memory and consolidate in that action seeking behaviour eg increase libido. What drug is the question.

Guest guest
Hello. A research chemical FENCLONINE or p-chlorophenylalanine (PCPA) is an serotonin antagonist. It has been used to induce depression in laboratory animals. It has been found to dramatically increase libido. It has been used to simulate phenylketonuria in laboratory animals. From the wikipedia serotonin article there was a mention of reducing serotonin with dietary means. Eating only corn and rye bread decreases serotonin reserve because these foods have only small amounts of amino acids tryptophan (a serotonin precursor) and also of lysine. But lysine is also a serotonin antagonist. So lysine should be supplemented. DANGER. Malnutritional diet can have health consequences. Research chemicals can have health consequences.
