Guest guest
Two people were riding in a car: a kind, compassionate, knowledgable, wonderful rheumatologist, and an insurance adjustor. A bus hit the car and both were killed. They showed up at the gate to Heaven. Saint is there, asks the Doctor what he did in life. " I'm a rheumatologist and I helped people live longer, less-painful, more active lives! " Saint told him he had done good work and could enter Heaven. He then asked the Insurance adjustor what he did. The Insurance guy said " I work for an insurance company and I save lives, too! " Saint said " Well, you may enter Heaven, too....but first you have to have certification that entering Heaven is cosmically necessary. We will then have to deny you entry three times while you appeal the decision to God. You will spend such appeal time in purgatory and in agony. Then, if the appeals are granted, you must then wait on a waiting list, also in purgatory, for three eons. Then we will let 80% of your soul into Heaven, such stay not to exceed three days.
