Hi again everyone,

I've been gone for a couple of months so I've missed all of the e-mails from the

group. I was supposed to be working myself off sleep meds during my vacation,

but that didn't happen. Does anyone know about mixing ambien cr with otc sleep

drugs like nyquil or tylenol pm? I don't like doing it, but I had a bad sinus

infection that led my to take nyquil and it the combo definately knocks me out.

Maybe it's just time for me to switch prescription meds again because the ambien

cr doesn't work so well alone anymore. One other thing that's been bothering me.

I was having some problems getting my mom's health insurance to keep covering me

and they asked for a letter from my dr stating that I have a disability and am

not likely to recover any time soon. The letter he wrote was pretty harsh. He

used the phrase, " she will never be a productive member of society " . I guess I

asked for it, but ouch!
