What lab can do iodine test?

I'd like to know what labs can do iodine tests? Or it can be prescribed by some

doctors?

I used a urine test. From research and other comments, I am wondering if this

test always shows low. The hair test seems to be just as reliable, perhaps

more. Anyway I am not going to waste anymore money on the urine testing and

just go by symptoms and adjust the iodine accordingly. I believe the iodine

supplementing has helped balance my progesterone level, too.

Do research and figure what is best for you. We are NOT a one-size-fits-all.
