Acidophilus/Bifidobacterium/Probiotics

Okay, I need some help on the above 3.

Acidophilus/bifidobacterium are a type of probiotic correct?

....but does not acidophilus help maintain a healthy balance of

intestinal flora by producing organic compounds—such as lactic acid,

hydrogen peroxide?

In this case does it have dairy?

I'm really tired and confused right now as early as it is. I think I'm

getting sick. ...and I just can't reason correctly right now.

I almost bought some today but couldn't remember if this one was good

or bad.

Help!

lactic acid is dairy but I see others have posted on it so i will

shut up.

primal defense doesn't have lactic acid in it.
