Guest guest
hi this joyce, i am stil not feeling comfortable regarding a scheduling surgey to remove my 15 yr old pitutary tumor. today three of my kids went along to ask questions and be support for their sister and it was so wonderful they are so careing for each other, this made my day. the pa answered questions first and told us the dr automaticly does a lumbar tap, not sure if i named it correctly, but she said it was to have access to csf in case needed. she said it is an autaomatic procedure, then the dr came in saying he wont with her. we said his pa said he always did and he joked a litte saying that is why she is the pa. the pa understood my concerns regarding a lumber process after hearing of my daughter jennys situation and really listened. the dr in my opionoin once again avoided my concerns of chiari and spinal probalems, makeing funny remarks, probally also to not get kids worried, i understand this, but still feel uneasy of this. i had a pt employee give me a friends number who had a pitutary macroadamoma removed at stanford and said they were great. i may try to have ccs get me a second opinion there. also if my daughter has any type eds i should trt to get the dr to understand its possibilities and i didnt. her visual field had total deviation and partial deviation areas. besides this i havent felt well and am not getting anywhere with my drs to find out what is going on for myself and am tired of being made to feel like a hypakindraic or getting a stupid looks from them. if i felt fine i wouldnt be going to the dr. ive had cts showing cysts in all most internal organs, this has to be a contributing reason to why i cant empty my bladder and why i have so much back and abdominal pain. er dr told me i need my galbladder removed and my pcp ignores it. im irritated at the fact of my concerns not being adressed and have gone to the er when i have a pcp who needs to help so i dont end up at the er, because i dont think i should end up there because it is for emergencies. if my pcp would take the responsibililty he should. i am pretty iritated right now regarding this. i had pt today and it made my eyesight extra blurry after and i think they did the traction with to much pressure this time. it mostly does help with neckpain, but i wil have to tel them to be eaiser. sory to complain but it really helps sometimes, usually i stay more positive, just things are piling up thanks for listening, joyce
