Guest guest
Does anyone know what 'potassium sparing' means? I saw a warning in MaC's last post to check with the doctor before using a salt substitute containing potassium. I bought some morton's potassium chloride last Dec. when I was first diagnosed, but never used it. I use Mrs. Dash. But I am curious, as a fried egg( not that I eat those very often) just isn't right without a dash of salt. My problem is that I don't like to ever waste sodium budget on raw salt. I was never someone who salted food. Except while frying an egg. Once in a while I like to eat an egg, but not very often. (too much fat & protein) ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ The fish are biting. Get more visitors on your site using Yahoo!
