Hey Sam,

Thanks for the description. I'm wondering if I'll ever be able to

do such a drastic cleanse. I have a nearly 4 year old running

around. No way I could discharge so much at once. I don't know if

it's good but for me I guess I prefer to d/c slowly and it takes

longer well, I guess I can live with that.

I am glad to hear it worked so well for you.

So, what is it you find difficult about maintaining and continuing a

vegetarian diet? what made you go veg in the first place?

I'm confident you'll be pleased with this group and its support.
