I love beans, lentils etc! they can be bland or they can be fabulous.

so inspired by anne's question,

I am posting some bean recipes from my recipe file....

they are just various ones i have collected online - no responsibility

taken

from one human bean to another

mmmmmmmmmm so yummy.

I took some red lentils and brown rice and quinoa, smashed it all up

with a potato masher. added some veganaise and a little water to help

hold the patties together. and then fried them up. so yummy. now you

ask, "how much of each should I use??"

my preference, i used:

2 cups of brown rice

1 1/2 cups of quinoa

1 1/2 cups of red lentils

farb made the soup and greens. the greens were good...he just steamed

a veggie medley then added sesame oil.
