cost of office space per sq ft

I am interested to know what other list members are paying to rent

built-out medical office space? I want to know your final monthly

cost (ie, not the starting cost for the shell space but the final

cost). I am currently paying $21 per sq ft for my office in a small

town of 8,000 people. It is an individual suite within a larger

professional building. It is located about 35 minutes from

Columbus, Ohio. A lot of people that practice in surrounding areas

are telling me that the going rate should be about $13 - $15 per sq

ft. My office is only 880 sq ft and I pay $1500 per month. Am I

getting ripped off? The landlord and hospital CEO (that recruited

me) says that $20 per sq ft is the going rate. Who is right? Thank
