Guest guest
Can anyone answer the question below. My doctor just ordered TSH, FT4 and T3. Should it be FT3? Can anyone get back to me ASAP so I can call within next 24 hours to have FT3 added if that's the one that is needed rather than T3. We are going to attempt for the FIFTH time to treat me (for 7 years i've gone untreated because i cannot tolerate any of the drugs). I just want to make sure we ordered the correct tests as I know Cytomel treats T3 but not sure whether it's the FT3 or T3 that would give us the indication for Cytomel combined with possibly something else. Thank you.
