The cytotoxic effects of HP is why it is good and bad. It'll kill most (if not

all) germs, but it will also kill (lyse) the cells of your body. This is why HP

should be put on a wound and then washed or rinsed immediately with normal

saline (0.9%).

FYI..........normal Saline can dry out the skin as well, so be careful.
