Guest guest
Anywhere from 200-500 mgs I believe is what we were told by a DAN physician and my son weighs 46 pounds at age 3.6. The other physician we see does not really ascribe to supplements with the exception of a Poly Vi Sol (multivitamin) and a Fe O Sol (Iron) and very basic probiotic. He would not recommend additional supplements including zinc or magnesium which I use on my son anyways. K > > > > Has anyone seen any benefits of giving magnesium? If so, what is > the dosage?
