" under the physical examination. I can't be one hundred per cent certain that it's not one of the alternative renderings of DM that's correct here but when conditions are reported as absent or present in the Antecedentes personales with the full name given rather than the abbreviation without exception it's been diabetes mellitus that I've come across.
