Guest guest
My thyroid levels have been great for the last year or two (maybe even 3?), but my periods went berzerk! I was bleeding heavily and it wouldn't stop until I'd end up at the doctor's office and they'd have to prescribe progesterone to stop the bleeding. After too much of this, I finally decided to go on the pill to regulate my periods. Ahh, it's so nice to have a nice and light period again! I was against taking the pill, but I was suffering too much with all the bleeding and BAD cramps. I'd bleed for 2 weeks or more and then get another period 2 or 3 weeks later! My periods and thyroid are good now. I even lost 25 lbs this last year. I did a lot of clean eating and I work out (cardio and weight lifting) 6 days a week. Although, this past 2 weeks I have not been in the gym much, as I was really sick and am allowing myself to recover. I have asthma and can't handle the cardio when I can't breathe! Happy New Year to all! Miaja** > > > > > > My TSH is back in range after dropping the Armour. Guest guest
I forgot to mention that my hair has stopped falling out recently! It seems to be correlated with when I went on the birth control pill! Weird, eh? Miaja** > > My thyroid levels have been great for the last year or two (maybe > even 3?), but my periods went berzerk!
