Guest guest
Good morning, No, they do not put heart monitors on you (maybe in rare cases). Its just like a regular MRI except really long. I think I spent almost 2 1/2 hours in the tube. It did show my blockage and my chairi was at 10mm. About the only thing that was different for me was that I am claustrophobic and had to take a valium ( actually 2) to relax me. Hope this helps, gentle hugs, JOleen decompressed 09/07/07 ACM 10mm In a message dated 2/1/2008 8:09:04 A.M. Mountain Standard Time, k455@... writes: Has anyone had a Cine Mri done for chiari? If so, what how big (mm) is your chiari? Did the test show there was or was not a flow blockage? One time I went to aplce where they did not know how to do it. They thought it was for the heart so they put all these heart monitors on my chest. For the Cine MRI for chiair, do they still put heart monitors on you? Or is it like a regular MRI of spine in which they don't have to put anything on you? **************Biggest Grammy Award surprises of all time on AOL Music.
