Guest guest
I thought I would respond to the group seeing so many have said the same thing. We have contacted the School Board and the School district themselves and have gotten no were. We have now filed a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights. We do have the HEPPA laws here and all of the other laws pertaining to the school district. Today I am calling ADA. I have written all of the school team members and they don't seem to care what is going on. They think she is in the right. I have documented everything and have the dates and times. My children have been questioned by 4 psycologists, counselors, and almost everyone in the school system. They are in violation of talking about my case to others, and doing tests on my children that I have not requested. The nurse has even gone as far as interigating my youngest daughter. My oldest has qualified for an IEP in the past and wasn't given one due to the fact of her missing so much school. This is how this district works. I will keep everyone updated and let you know what is going on. I thank everyone for their information and I will be using it to build my case against the district. They lady that is working with us would like to fill their office with other chiarian's that have gone through this to show them this is a serious condition and not as common as this nurse thinks it is.
