Guest guest
Yep the diet and exercise is a must I believe. The kids go back to school next Thursday and that's when I begin the gym again...going at 4:40a.m to do weights and walking in the afternoon on one of the trails around here...this will make me get to bed earlier as well which i am looking forward to :-) My bleeding i think may have been due to the drop and or over dosage of the armour..just glad i didn't end up in the ER...I have never had any problems with my period my entire life...ain't life grand :-) Be well... ~Amy~ > > >
Guest guest
One of my first signs of hypothyroidism was long heavy ongoing periods, starting at around 30 yrs old. That was long before I was ever diagnosed. Other hormones are involved there, and all of this needs to be scoped out before making any drastic moves.
