Hi everyone,

The printed copies of the brochures went out in the mail last week w/mailing labels provided for us from UNOS using the Tx Administrator & TFC databases. For the benefit of those who might not have rec'd one yet, there are a couple of possibilities-it's still in the mail (they went bulk which takes longer than normal 1st class), it got lost in the mail, or you are not in one of the above databases, for whatever reason. If you don't receive other UNOS publications, such as UNOS Update, it's a good bet you're not in the database & hence no mailing label would have been generated for you (let's not forget, the brochure IS on the Workshop website @ http://www.tfcassociation.org/workshop06.htm & even has more pictures than the printed version!). Please speak w/your UNet site administrator to ensure you are listed on your center's directory so that future publications, be it UNOS Update or something like the Tx Mgmt Forum brochure, comes to you.

Also, the on-line registration system is up & running & we would ask everyone to utilize it since this will generate the registration list for the Workshop itself. Registering on-line will also generate an invoice, inclusive of our tax ID# & mailing address, you can then use for check submission to your facility AP dept. Also, please remember to ask your AP dept to enclose a copy of your registration or invoice w/the check to ensure it's credited properly. Please be sure to check off 'pay by check' to ensure the mailing address will be on your invoice. (Sorry, we're still not taking credit cards.) The direct link to the on-line registration system is
