Guest guest
I Have a patient who was assigned a PDP plan, never recvd a card, did call to get the info, is trying to pick up her epivir which is non Medicare covered so would fall in the D prescription coverage. She just called me again and is being told this " copay " is $220. She is on Medicare/Medicaid and can not afford to pay attention, never mind pay this copay. What are " we/they " doing about these patients??? Any suggestions? Thanks, Hogan Transplant Financial Coordinator Lahey Clinic 41 Mall Rd.
