Thanx Prof Kalantri,for the lovely article on the Physician's reunion at

MGIMS,?last week..,written on your blog.

The narration was superb as usual..and I am sure,U will always continue to write

lovely articles,which will strike a nostalgic chord,not just with all the 100

odd Postgraduates of Internal Medicine,who have worked and earned their

degrees,in last 30yrs..but will also continue to warm the hearts of all the

students,who have been fortunate to see,some great teachers of that department.

It must have been a wonderful day,as u summed it up,with a visit to Bordam as

well,with all the Alumni.

Our best wishes to all the dear and respected teachers,who continue to impart

clinical wisdom to the future Postgraduates of ur dept,for a long long time.

Thanx Ashish Bhalla(86),for posting the pics of this unique reunion,on FB.

Having said that,I am not sure,if we,the early postgraduates of

Ophthalmology,during those troubled yrs of teething,will have such happy

memories to share,if we ever,meet for such a reunion,15yrs down the line.

Probably,we will all end up,discussing,How yummy the samosa-chai

sessions,were..and How,we all had great party,on finding a normal formed

Anterior chamber,on postopday1,etc etc..

And finally,Hello everyone..

Thanx Kishoreda,for the lovely movie reviews..and the article on Expiring

Medicines..

Subject: Congrats

Dear Sunil Dargar,

Its been years since we interacted. But I keep hearing about you off and on

(only good things) from our class mates. Now Vijai Gupta (76) tells me that

you have become the president of the APP- Pathologists' association.

I don't know if I should congratulate you or offer my condolences. Anyway,

its great to hear of your own classmate, who you have seen washing yellowing

undies and turning them sparkling white, doing good and being in the news

for all the right reasons.
